CEDC (Central Employment Development Council) is working as an organisation which is doing its best to bring about a better matching between the demand and the supply of work opportunities. CEDC assists to facilitate recruitment of suitable candidates into its various sectors and plays a significant role in assisting the youth in finding employment in paid jobs. CEDC is a platform to improve the skills and helps in employment in their local area. CEDC (Central Employment Development Council) gives placement and assistance to unemployed candidates to get employment on basis of their qualification and experience.
The Departments of Employment in various States of India allow unemployed educated youth to pre-register for impending job vacancies including government occurring in different sectors. The registered job seekers, can also check their status on the job waiting-list online. They also allow job seekers to search for suitable jobs and to update their resume. CEDC collect job vacancies from employers and local employment exchanges and choose from among the registered candidates as per their requirements. Unemployed candidates as well as currently employed candidates looking for more suitable jobs can apply with CEDC to get job opportunities.
